We just wrapped up a 3-month POC with both Kasisto and Posh. Both are strong platforms, but very different approaches. Here's my honest comparison:

**Kasisto (KAI)**
Pros: Best-in-class NLU, extremely accurate intent recognition, strong banking-specific training data
Cons: Higher price point, slower to customize, requires more technical resources
Best for: Larger CUs with complex needs and dev resources

**Posh**
Pros: Faster implementation, intuitive no-code tools, excellent support team, lower cost
Cons: NLU not quite as sophisticated, limited to chat (no voice yet)
Best for: Mid-size CUs wanting quick wins

Our decision: We went with Posh. Kasisto's AI was slightly better, but Posh's speed-to-value won. We were live in 6 weeks vs Kasisto's 12-week estimate.

Member satisfaction scores:
Posh: 4.2/5 (after 60 days)
Kasisto (during POC): 4.4/5

The gap wasn't big enough to justify the cost difference for us.
